As a man i have the opposite problem. I was making fun of because i have faint body hair and guys joke i shave. Actual reason was my mother is a natural blond.
As a esthetic shaved legs look good but to the touch feel weird almost ill. Also hair is there to protect the sensitive parts and skin in general from chafing. In my opinion men a hairy and ladies fuzzy and who dont like cute fuzzball.

I don't see what's the problem with bodyhair on women, especially on arms. I mean you can find it good or meh aesthetically, I understand that. But how in hell and why I've heard "gross" so many time ?
There's nothing gross with hairs intrinsically. I mean bodyhair isn't dirtier than hair on our heads and still I've heard so many stupid comments on women bodies and they should shave their body because "it's disgusting".
