The Supreme Court emphasised on Monday that forced religious conversions are "dangerous" and have an impact on the security of the country, and it requested the Union government to "step in" and inform the court of the steps being taken to prevent such occurrences. The Center was given one week to decide on its position about forced conversions and to file an affidavit outlining the efforts already taken as well as those being considered to stop the problem by a bench of justices led by MR Shah and Hima Kohli. “This is a very serious matter. It is seriously against interest of nation. Everybody has right to choose religion but not by force or by giving some temptation. It is a very dangerous thing,” the bench made this observation as it reviewed a public interest litigation (PIL) brought by attorney Ashwini Upadhyay, who demanded strict measures to prevent religious conversion through coercion and fraud. The Union ministries of home affairs and law and justice were given notices by the court on September 23 to file their counter affidavits. But when the subject was discussed by the bench on Monday, there was no affidavit submitted by the Centre. When all are of the same religion, then the question of conversion does not arise. At the same time it may be very difficult to follow / practice polygamy ie., to have more wives by one fanatic male.
Polygamy is allowed distinctly without any mandatory provisions of family planning.
World wide the probability of birth of boy or girl, in any religion , may be around 50% & 50%, ie., in ratio of 50 is to 50, with minor variation ranging between 1 & 2 %. Then how come one male can marry more than one wife ( by following / practising polygamy which is allowed & provided for distinctly/ discriminately for certain religions).
How and from where the other female / girls are available so as to be one of many wives to one male under polygamy, unless women / girls from other religions are attracted by appeasement / allurements / conversions, love affairs / traps etc. Further, it seems that certain youth of other religions may tend to be attracted / tempted / instigated / allured / towards polygamy by resorting to covert themselves to the religion in which polygamy is permitted by certain legal provisions. This has been directly contributing to the population growth in geometric proportion which is very much higher than the rate of production of food and other resources / necessities. This affects the environment, demography in addition to all sorts of population menace.
One of the Pakistani ministers , instigating their people to go to neighbouring countries wherever their group is in minority and increase their group’s population. It seems certain extremists / radical elements from Pakistan, Bangladesh, Myanmar etc., are infiltrating into our territory so as to carry on certain ghastly criminal activities including oppressing / raping women etc., resulting in, directly / indirectly, change of demography of the nation / territory.
It seems, as brought out in UNO, the systems in Kashmir ( prior to abrogation of article 370 & 35A) was indifferent/ inactive when women are oppressed, raped, sexually abused by radical elements within Kashmir & mostly those extremists/ terrorists came from Pakistan.
Similarly, the illegal infiltrators including extremists / terrorists/ radical elements from Pakistan, Bangladesh, Myanmar etc. seem to have been spread into several parts of India to carry out all sorts of such atrocities on women and girls ( by threatening / oppressing, raping, sexually abusing women & girls so to increase their population) with the connivance of certain pseudos / rogues / radicals prevail everywhere ( within & outside the territory).
Certain prevailing provisions relating to polygamy are discriminatory / distinctly provides / permits polygamy in certain religions & prohibits polygamy in certain other religions. This also impacts certain persons of both the sex / other religions in terms of religious conversions, deprivation of freedom to exercise certain personal / religious rights, sex discrimination to oppress / suppress men & women (in certain religions). These deprived are being targeted to convert / exploit and use them as pawns by anti-social / anti-national elements to achieve their ulterior motives. It is like damaging one’s own eyes with their own fingers.
Similarly, Antisocial / antinational elements as well as I llegal infiltrators ( from Pakistan / Bangladesh / Myanmar / other neighbouring countries ) into our territory seems to have a hidden agenda of increasing their population to change the demography, etc ( as instigated by one of the Pakistani ministers) with the connivence of local pseudos / fanatic fundamentalists/ urban naxals by resorting to religious conversions, grabbing, encroaching all the properties, public / private land - roads, etc., to expand / extend their territory into other territories and claim that the other territories belong to them, by taking shelter under certain discriminatory provisions distinctly provided to certain communal groups, for eg, allowances under polygamy, religion, education, administration of communal institutions etc.
Certain pseudos ( taking sides of vote bank, antisocial/ anti national elements like radical rogues, fundamentalists, fanatics, all sorts of mafias, including grabbers & encroachers of public land, roads, places, as well as private lands, properties etc.) in systems, it seems might have an understanding, hand in gloves and made certain biased / discriminatory provisions distinctly provided ( for eg., allowances under polygamy, religion, education, administration of communal institutions etc. ) favourable to such anti social/ anti national elements.
Hence, such biased / discriminatory actions / provisions / laws / Acts etc., distinctly provided, need to be addressed as provided for in the constitution including review of validity of such provisions/ laws / Acts so as to avoid any such communal clashes.

I have personally met a Christian British church minister who was working in Kerala converting Hindu community to Christian religion by using cash and house hold goods as inducement.
