A few days of rain and entire cities go to $h!t$ street flooding mudslides, power outages car crashes, some folks be driving like he was sunny and dry. Now imagine if it rained heavily for a whole entire month, like in Central and South American countries. And the only thing meteorologist can do is report the rain. 😅
