Milimani law courts suspends the lift the ban on GMO crops and food

The decision by the government to lift the ban on GMO crops and food has been dealt a major blow. Milimani law courts has suspended the lift pending hearing and determination of a case filed by Kenyan peasants league to protest the lifting of the ban by the cabinet.
